Believe cool temps are here to stay...wind is from the north with clear skies

water dropped down to 81, still very clear, no grass, and waves 0-1

had a good variety reported yesterday: reds mostly way to big, whiting, blues, skippies, pompano, spanish still some great runs, snapper catching these more often then normal, and hardtails

so far today pompano, skippies, snapper, hardtails, and whiting

don't forget the destin rodeo begins tomorrow

prizes will be awarded for the largest pompano, king mackerel, spanish, jack crevalle, there is also a junior angler award.

the pier will be holding a king tourney starting the 14th of Oct it will pay out 100% on entry fees and also a one year pass to the winner. For more infor stop by the pier and pick up an entry form

wind has shifted to the south south west...a bit of rain last night and still a few rain clounds in the area with otherwise mostly sunny skies

WARNING MACK ATTACK

We have a light rain, a west wind, and overcast skies

water looks clean can't really tell without some sun shining on it, also can't see any grass, waves 3-4+, and temp 84

Yesterday got some kings, skippies, spanish, hardtails, snapper, blues, jacks, and a pompano

This morning the few fishers out there are under a mack attack. Kings are going wild. Can't predict how long it will last, but the hardcore guys are getting awarded for putting up with the rain

Sky is clearing still clouds around...a 50/50 chance of rain, wind slacked off and is out of the northeast

water also calmed down, waves 1-2 some swells go to three, its clear with just a bit of inshore grass, temp at 83
