Chamber of commerce day...very light east wind, clear skies, mild temps

water very clear, waves 0-1, and temp 73

yesterday more kings, a cobia, hordes of spanish, pompano, blues, and hardtails

so far this morning pompano, blues, spanish, and hardtails

cobia tournament winding down, just two more days to earn great prizes and a years worth or bragging rights

good day yesterday cobia and kings were the biggies, also whiting, pompano, blues, jacks and the huge spanish rund

this morning the spanish are still invading, also some blues, pompano, and hardtails

good weather will be here for at least the next week

Wind still whipping out of the east...blue skies, and normal temps

water still clear, waves 2-3, and temp holding 70

yesterday got both kings and cobia, along with spanish, pompano, and blues

so far this morning pompano, and the spanish attack is back

Usually the best fishing times are around sun rise and sun set about 2 hours on either side, however like when the spanish are eating down the pier, any time is good... For the cobia, that is strictly any time no predictions of best times

We had quite a wind/rain storm last nite, several small trees were downed....currently, most of that has passed...cloudy sky, strong northwest wind, and chilly temp...supposed to reach 65 today but will have to hurry

water as you would expect is riled up. waves 3-4, temp 68

yesterday before the storm fishing was very good had cobia, kings, spanish, pompano, and jacks

early risers today have already bagged some spanish, pompano, reds, and black drum

Good news/bad news wind has shifted to southeast...this brings warmer temps and usually better fishing...today we also have on and off sprinkles...

water is riled up, waves 3-4, and temp up to 68

yesterday with the wind shift got a few kings, spanish, pompano, and blues

so far today one cobia on the deck with some spanish and pompano

weather is supposed to clear and get near 80 in the next day or so

Cold morning, had a light rain earlier...should warm up some when the sun comes out...long range forecast is to get back to high 70 low 80 by mid week

Chilly mornings...forecast for the weekend is for more chilly mornings and then warming up to around normal temps for this time of the year....wind is out of the north and we have a clear blue sky

water is still a mild 74, no waves, and very clear

yesterday saw at least one cobia that wouldn't eat and caught some spanish, blues, and pompano...the tremendous runs of spanish have slowed some

so far today a few spanish, blues, and bonito

the is still time to enter the pier cobia tourney...entry is free can't beat that, just spot by the tackle shop and fill out the simple entry form....you must be entered before entering a fish... tourney runs until 30 Apr...first place is $500, a pier pass for one year, and year of bragging rights... 2nd $200 and a pass...3rd $100
