23 Jun 09

No weather change, hot, northwest breeze, and clear skies

water is clean with a bit more grass, waves 1, temp 84

yesterday: Kings, hardtails, spanish, cobia, and blues

this morning: Kings, and hardtails

For Roger.

It is called June grass, because it appears every year at this time. Since it is an annual event, it is impossible to say if it hurts or benefits. Most of the grass is very light green and and will slime up your line. It does provide a hatchery for fish roe and when blown on the beach help nourish the grasses.
